Is your payment system secured?

CYBERPLUS payment allows the internet user to safely purchase online. The safety of the payment between the buyer’s computer and the payment service lies on the implementation of SSL forms (key sessions at 128 bits). The card number is thereby encrypted, between the browser and the service provider CYBERPLUS payment. The "Banque Populaire" is the only recipient of the card’s information: the seller is in no way able to get access to it.

How does it work?

When a buyer fills his basket, he is directed to the CYBERPLUS payment pages. He fills in his bank details, which are sent through an encrypted connection to the "Banque Populaire". Follows a verification phase on his credit card called authorisation request.

Once approved the payment is recorded and the payment receipt appears onscreen. We suggest that you print this receipt.

If the bank details are not valid (incorrect, opposed card, exceeded funds…) the internet user is promptly informed.

 

I do not wish to pay by credit card; do I have another payment method?

Yes, you can also pay your purchasing by cheque. All you need to do is click on the option stated on the order form. An email confirming the registration of your order will be sent to you.

Your order will be dealt with as soon as the cheque is received and cleared.

When are the orders shipped?

Paying with a credit card speeds up the order’s processing. The orders are dispatched right after payment reception. For an order paid by cheque, please allow 2 to 4 additional days.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

As soon as the products are available, the parcels are dispatched by UPS Standard for a reliable delivery all over Europe or by UPS Expedited for a reliable delivery to the main markets located outside of Europe. For instance, you can count on a 2 to 3 working days period for France and a 3 to 10 working days period for other countries.

Can I have a follow up on my order’s shipment?

Yes, when we send off your parcel an email is addressed to you mentioning the reference numbers of the shipping and you can track it at any time.

 

What are the shipping costs?

The inclusive contribution to the packaging and handling costs is:

I have lost my password; what should I do?

Nothing to it, just click on the « my account » rubric and follow the information. You will receive your password by email.

Are the products available upon order?

Yes, the significance of our stock allows that most of the offered products are available upon order (unless mentioned otherwise in the "product description"). If the product is no longer in stock you will be notified immediately.

The ordered articles do not suit me; what should I do?

You benefit from a 7 day period to return the products that do not suit you, in their original packaging and intact. The shipping costs are at your expense. Upon reception and after checking the state of the products and their packaging, you will have the choice between being reimbursed and exchanging the products.
